As an independent electronics design and manufacturing company we have a great deal of flexibility in the types of projects we take on. Our engineers could be working on water heating units one week, and design gaming consoles in another. This also allows for fluid job roles and growth within the company. We encourage team work and communication, but also allow for quiet spaces when you really need to focus on your own work.

Current Vacancies:
We are currently looking for engineers and technicians along with operations and experienced sales professionals.
We are also looking for new apprentices to join the company. We have vacancies in the Engineering, Operations and Sales & Marketing departments. All apprentices will join the company and undergo a varied induction process with the opportunity to experience different roles throughout the company. This will be along side full company sponsorship of day release training in the related field in a local college.

Belvedere Mill
Heber Ltd is located in Belvedere Mill, a beautiful 18th century watermill located in the Golden Valleys of Chalford, near Stroud in the Cotswolds.
In the mills history it has been a cloth making mill, a corn mill, a cloth dyeing mill, a furniture workshop, an upholstery works, a manufacturer of wooden gliders used during WWII, and used as storage for Hampton Cars manufacturing.
Heber, previously Marian Electronics, moved into the mill in 1974 and have stayed at Belvedere Mill for nealry 50 years. Heber currently owns the mill, and we may be biased, but we think it is a pretty special place to work in. If you need a break from work there is plenty of wildlife to watch including a grumpy heron, kingfishers, moorhens and occasionally otter families.
