Work at Heber

While everyone here will have various reasons as to why they enjoy working at Heber, some of the main factors are the flexibility, creative innovation, support and project variety.

Heber prides itself on being a small, focused and agile team. Every department works closely to ensure each stage of what we do is cohesive and fulfilled to the highest standard. Communication is key both internally and externally for the Heber team.

As an independent electronics design and manufacturing company we have a great deal of flexibility in the types of projects we take on. Our engineers could be working on water heating units one week, and design gaming consoles in another. This also allows for fluid job roles and growth within the company. We encourage team work and communication, but also allow for quiet spaces when you really need to focus on your own work.

We are always on the look out for people with enthusiasm and an enquiring mind, ranging from engineers just starting out their careers to those who have been in the business for years, test and despatch team members, customer service team members, and everything in between.

If you would like to work for a company that provides support, flexibility, growth and resources, has over 30 years of electronics design and manufacture under its belt, has excellent working relationships between departments and staff, and is situated in a beautiful 18th century water mill, contact us to see if we have a role for you.

Business Opportunities

In recent years we have opened up the Mill location to like-minded companies and start-ups to set up a base of operations and for collaboration with us as part of The Retro Collective. If you are an individual, start-up or entrepreneur looking for opportunities to design or make products or supply services in the electronics or retro gaming markets, we want to hear from you.

If you want to discuss an opportunity or potential partnership with us, please get in contact.
