At this year’s EAG 2017 entertainment, amusement and gaming show, and the ICE Totally Gaming show 2017, Heber will be demonstrating its latest high performance gaming controller – thePluto A300 – targeting the casino, bingo and street gaming markets. The Pluto A300, with its outstanding graphics and multimedia performance, is the latest product in a long and successful history of designing and selling top class gaming controllers and is based on the AMD Embedded G-Series 1 Family SOC processor.
This GX-217GISOC processor incorporates Dual Excavator Cores running at 1.3GHz and third-generation AMD Radeon R7E GCN architecture, hardware video decode, OpenGL and DirectX® 12, and state-of-the-art power management for reduced energy consumption, to provide industry leading gaming performance.
The Pluto A300 supports two display ports, 32GBytes of DDR4 memory, dual SATA drives and dual mSATA sockets with hardware RAID capability. It also supports three USB ports, four serial ports, high definition audio 5.1 channels, two Gigabit LAN ports, and a PCIe x 16 graphics expansion slot. In addition, the Pluto A300 platform incorporates a new Heber-defined I/O slot connector that will support a range of new USB and PCIe gaming I/O products (including the X5e, X10e and X50e plug-in boards) to offer the appropriate performance and feature set for each gaming market segment.
